Match Fees and Score Sheets
Until 1991-92 fees were paid on the basis of £2 per team per match, originally paid weekly then progressing to a whole season or two half season payments. At the 1991 AGM, when league funds were at an all time high, a reduction for existing teams was introduced of £20 per season, with any new teams paying the original £44 per season. The committee decided league fees would then be collected seasonally only. This format continued until 1998-99, when it was changed to new teams paying a £10 joining fee, plus the seasonal fees advised at AGM.
From the 1991-92 season, the league began supplying score books to every league team captain. These could be recalled for scrutiny if any scoring disputes arose. This practice has continued to the present day.
